I’m just a security professional who saw a void that needed to be filled with for understandable information on how non-technical people can protect themselves and their information online.

The inspiration for this blog came from my parents. I’ve seen first hand how easy it is for them to fall victim to misinformation that is spread on the internet. I’ve answered technical questions for family and friends and have seen the struggle to find resources online that are not overly technical. Don’t Click on That was created to fill that need.

I’ve worked in the tech industry for 5 years and worked in a couple different areas before I found my home working in security. I’m currently an Application Security Engineer for an online marketing platform.
